Sourcing mobility aids is mostly a risk problem: load ratings that fail, packaging that arrives crushed, paperwork that holds up the customs clearance. We built our production around removing those risks.
One factory, the whole process
Tube cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding, polishing, assembly and cartoning are all in-house. No outsourced links in the chain means no quality gap and no supplier telling you the delay is someone else’s fault.
Materials you can certify
6061 aluminium alloy and 304 stainless steel tube, virgin PP seat boards and non-marking TPR tips. Mill certificates and material reports are available for every batch on request.
Tested before it ships
Every new mould runs static load, fatigue and drop tests before mass production. Each shipment leaves with a batch inspection report and photos of the actual goods in the carton.
Real OEM & ODM, not just a logo
Laser-engraved handles, RAL colour matching, adjustable seat width and height range, thicker tube walls, retail-ready colour boxes, hangtags, barcodes and QR codes — all specified around your market.
Mixed container friendly
Combine cane seats, walkers, toilet risers and spare parts in one 20GP or 40HQ. You get a written loading plan before shipment and container photos before departure, so nothing is a surprise.
Export paperwork handled
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CIQ and insurance are prepared by our own export team — plus CE and FDA technical files for the markets that require them.

From aluminium tube to a loaded container
Our 【12,000】 m² workshop runs the complete chain in one place. Raw tube arrives at one end, finished cartons leave at the other — with 【8】 quality checkpoints in between. Because we also supply our own components, a reorder six months from now looks exactly like the first order.
Can’t travel to China this quarter? We will walk you through the line on a live video call — bending, welding, load testing and container loading, in the order they actually happen.
